Our Semi Private Training Classes in Newtown, Levittown, and Richboro is a small group of up to 3 people are guided through a series of exercises using a variety of fitness tools (Kinesis, Nautilus, free weights, etc) to achieve optimal strength and conditioning results. The pace of training is faster which also leads to cardiovascular improvement. Both of which lead to building and maintaining lean muscle mass and a boosted metabolism.

We use the Kinesis machine as a way to enhance a client’s coordination, stability, and balance to supplement the Nautilus machines on the floor. Client’s fat burning metabolism will be increased during the recovery part of exercise after Kinesis use. This allows for a greater benefit from the workout as a whole.
